Double honour for SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE in Focus Money survey.

Europa Apotheek and SHOP APOTHEKE ranked in top four.

SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE received two of the top four scores in a ranking of German online pharmacies conducted for renowned business magazine Focus Money. Europa Apotheek received 100 points and was awarded the gold label as “Customer favourite 2018”. SHOP APOTHEKE came in fourth with 92 points and was thus also ranked ahead several major competitors.

Among German online pharmacies, first place winner Europa Apotheek was followed by Vitalsana, which scored 98 points. That company was taken over by third place finisher Zur Rose (93.5 points) in 2017. SHOP APOTHEKE came in fourth ahead of 

 (89.9), and no. 6 Doc Morris (89.7). The top ten are rounded by Medpex (89.6), Sanicare (88.9), Apo-Discounter (79.3) and Mycare (75.3). All top ten finishers received either a gold, silver or bronze label.

The survey, conducted by communications agency Faktenkontor, analyzed more than 53 million online posts on price, quality, service and company image. In order to be considered for the rankings, companies had to have a website with a German domain and free access to all content. Overall, 851 brands from 146 sectors and product categories were awarded.
