We're looking for a seasoned IT Service Engineer who’s ready to step into a high-impact role. This is more than support — It’s about driving local IT operations, optimizing systems, and contributing to IT strategy in a dynamic, international environment. You’ll be joining a central IT team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and forward-thinking solutions.

About your tasks:

• Be the primary on-site contact for IT operations at our new Pilsen facility — ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of systems.
• Drive the resolution of complex technical issues, using your expertise to support users via remote tools, ticketing systems, and direct engagement.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets — from procurement to deployment, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Contribute to IT service delivery excellence across Redcare’s European operations, standardizing tools and processes in line with best practices.
• Play a critical role in the rollout of new IT solutions, and act as a trusted partner for hardware and software projects.
• Bring a proactive mindset to documentation, knowledge-sharing, and process improvement.
• Managing the onsite assets and stock of IT equipment.

About you:

• A completed education in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent), plus several years of hands-on experience in IT support or systems engineering.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft environments, domain administration, and macOS, alongside a solid grasp of mobile device management (Android, iOS).
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Jira, Confluence, and deployment automation.
• A passion for structure and customer focus — you work independently, yet thrive in collaboration.
• Professional fluency in Czech and English; German is a bonus.
• Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus
