About the role

Become part of the Retail Media Team at Redcare Pharmacy and gain valuable work experience in a fast-growing and future-oriented e-commerce company! We offer flat hierarchies, a dynamic work environment, and the opportunity to take on responsibility from day one.

📍 Remote / Cologne | ⏳ 16-20 hours/week | 📅 Minimum availability: 1 year

About your tasks

• Seller Support & Onboarding – Assist our marketplace partners in getting started with our self-service platform.
• Ticket System & Inquiry Management – Handle technical and operational inquiries from our sellers.
• Campaign Setup & Coordination – Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of retail media campaigns.
• Key Account Management Support – Prepare meetings, attend customer calls, and handle follow-ups.
• Data Analysis & Reporting – Create performance reports, sales analyses, and campaign evaluations.
• Presentations & Documentation – Develop and update marketing materials for our sellers.
• All-Round Support – Take on a variety of tasks within the Retail Media sector.

About you

• Enrolled student with at least one more year of studies ahead.
• Interest in e-commerce, retail media & digital advertising.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint (additional tools like Google Ads are a plus).
• Strong analytical skills & affinity for numbers, ideally with some experience in reporting.
• Excellent communication & independent working skills, as you will collaborate with sellers and internal teams.
• Fluent in German & English (Italian is a plus).
• First experience in marketing or online advertising is beneficial.
• Flexible work possible – remote-first with monthly team meetings in Cologne.
