About the role:
For the Quality Department of one of the leading European online pharmacies, we are currently looking for a Qualified Person / Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d). In this position you will be responsible for guaranteeing and optimizing the quality of services and products we as an organization deliver to our broad range of customers. As member of our international management team, you will be surrounded with a close group of highly motivated and competent colleagues. About your tasks:
- Creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Management, monitoring and further development of a Quality Management System (QMS) that is in accordance with internal and external requirements.
- Collection and analyzing of data from the Quality Management System (QMS) in order to identify gaps/deficiencies and areas of growth in internal processes.
- Ensuring creation and maintenance of SOPs and their implementation through documented training and inspection activities. Management of a Document Management System.
- Safeguarding that all internal systems and procedures (e.g. Standard Operation Procedures, policies, analyses) are prepared, updated, reviewed and amended to meet the needs of external certification bodies (GDP, ISO9001:2015 etc.).
- Implementing and maintaining Quality Processes, such as Quality Risk Management, Change & Deviation Management, Complaint Management, Self-inspections etc.
- Acting as the main point of contact on all quality related topics, internally and externally. This includes communication with Czech Authorities, such as the state authority (SUKL).
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of national and international legislation, such as on distribution of medicinal products (GDP), ISO9001:2015 and the EU Organic Regulation.
- Acting as a Qualified Person pursuant to the Act on Medicinal Products, Act No. 378/2007 Coll, with all related tasks.
- Coordination of quality relevant projects and implementation of improvements and innovative quality ideas into practice.
- Actively promoting of a quality mindset and culture within the entire organization.
About you:
- In possession of the professional prerequisite for a qualified person of a distributor pursuant to Section 76(1)(b) of the Medicinal Products Act.
- Multiple years of experience in working in Quality Management in the Czech market.
- Sufficient knowledge and training in good practices of GDP Guidelines.
- Understanding of national and international regulatory quality standards and legislation.
- Being familiar with the Authorities (SUKL) in Czech Republic.
- Proactivity, attention to detail, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork spirit.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Native Czech speaker with very good written and spoken mastery of English.
- Flexible and able to move with the rapid developments within our fast-growing organization.
- Some experience in project management, and are able to manage and guide quality related (international) projects
