About your tasks:
 

• Design and Implement Automation Solutions: Develop and execute advanced automation Solutions for our logistics sites in the Netherlands, Italy and Czech Republic, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing operations.
• Optimize Logistics Technology: Evaluate and improve warehouse automation technologies, aligning solutions with our operational processes and strategic goals.
• Plan Material Flows and Layouts: Create detailed layouts and define material flow processes to enhance efficiency and support optimal warehouse operations.
• Enhance System Utilization: Develop and implement procedures to maximize the capabilities of modern automated systems, while identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze Trends and Drive Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging logistics technologies (e.g., robotics, AI, machine learning) to continuously elevate and future-proof our warehouse operations.

About you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years (more experience is very welcome!) of experience in automation technology with focus on warehousing, either in-house or with a provider of automation solutions.
• Quickly grasp complex pharmaceutical logistics processes and leverage your knowledge of the latest automated logistics solutions to identify and implement improvements in operations.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and/ or other software for data analysis and reporting
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
