About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a central IT team that supports Redcare Pharmacy’s brand-new Pilsen facility and contributes to top-notch IT services across our European locations. As an IT Service Engineer (m/f/d), you’ll play a pivotal part in providing user-focused IT support while enjoying a dynamic and growth-driven environment. You’ll work on innovative projects and ensure the seamless operation of systems, helping your team deliver best-in-class IT services for 2,500+ employees.
About your tasks:
- Be the go-to person for analyzing and resolving IT inquiries, handling requests via phone, email, ticket systems, remote maintenance, and on-site support (including on-call services).
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software for our site in Pilsen.
- Oversee client/update management for Windows/macOS, manage mobile devices (Android, iOS), and handle user and authorization management.
- Play an active role in the implementation of new software and hardware solutions, contributing to continuous innovation.
About you:
- You have completed an education in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration or similar.
- You bring solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and domain administration, macOS, and Microsoft Office.
- Working independently and with a structured, customer-oriented mindset is second nature to you.
- Fluency in Czech and English is required; proficiency in German is a great plus.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) or other OS/software deployment tools is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ticket systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and tools like Confluence is beneficial, especially if you enjoy documenting processes proactively.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like MS Dynamics AX will set you apart.
