About the role:
Are you a skilled (Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d) passionate about finding talent for corporate and office functions. Join our team and take ownership of hiring for a variety of roles in these areas, contributing directly to the growth of Europe’s leading e-pharmacy. This position offers a hybrid work set-up with our Headquarter office, near Venlo in the Netherlands, being your main office location.
In this role, you'll lead end-to-end recruiting, from candidate selection, sourcing on LinkedIn or other relevant platforms to interviewing, managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating on impactful recruiting projects. Your expertise in data-driven recruiting will be essential for refining and enhancing our hiring processes.
About your tasks:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for roles in departments including but not limited to office functions such as finance, HR, legal, sustainability or facility management, ensuring top talent aligns with our company’s needs.
- Actively source candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, building a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Use recruiting data to analyze and refine our hiring strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, coach them on interview best practices and work together to offer optimal candidate experience.
About you:
- Several years of experience in recruiting across different departments with a focus on corporate or office functions.
- Deep understanding of recruiting for corporate functions on the Dutch market. Additional knowledge of cross-border (Germany-Netherlands) recruiting practices; French, Belgian or Italian market knowledge is a plus.
- Background in recruiting for e-commerce firms or experience with fast-paced companies is a big plus.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting, including LinkedIn sourcing, interviewing techniques, stakeholder management and using data to drive recruitment.
- You're enthusiastic about taking on additional projects to make the recruiting process even better.
- Business fluency in English and in either Dutch or German is required.
