About the role

Are you looking for a hands-on, part-time job alongside your studies where you can gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of recruitment? As a Working Student Recruiting (m/f/d), you will support our Recruiting team with essential recruitment processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your expertise in CV screening, sourcing via LinkedIn, and creating employer branding content. Your efforts will play a key role in helping us attract and hire top talent!

About your tasks

• Support the screening of incoming applications and review CVs to identify the best candidates.
• Actively source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms to strengthen our talent pipeline.
• Create employer branding content, such as engaging job advertisements and social media posts.
• Provide input and ideas to improve our recruitment strategies.

About you

• You are currently enrolled at a university, preferably in a field such as HR, psychology, communications, or a related discipline.
• You have a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition and are passionate about finding and attracting top talent.
• You excel at writing engaging content that grabs attention (perfect for employer branding!).
• You are familiar with or interested in using social media – especially LinkedIn – as a recruitment tool.

About your rate

We pay an hourly wage of €15.51 for bachelor’s students and €16.22 for master’s students.
