About the role: 

In this role, you will assist the Customer Experience team by researching, gathering, and analyzing data. You will present findings, investigate insights, and support annual target setting for various markets. Additionally, you will contribute to the forecasting process and help derive actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

About the tasks: 

• Assisting in analyzing data. Presentation of findings, analyzing and investigation on findings. 
• Researching and gathering data 
• Supporting in yearly target setting for the different markets based on the analyzed data. 
• Supporting in forecast process. 

About you:  

• Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, gather, and interpret data. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus. 
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and insights. 
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to investigate and analyze trends. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 
• Organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines effectively. 
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
