About the role:
Be in the center of it, not just part of it! As Customer Success Manager, Marketplace Italy(m/f/d), you will lead our sellers to success and play a key role in the establishment, development and growth of our company.
About your tasks:
- You are part of the central platform team and significantly drive the marketplace activities within Shop Apotheke Europe in the Italian market.
- You are constantly in touch with your partners and develop strategies to support and optimize their performance.
- You are the first point of contact for your partners in case of questions
- You create regular analyses based on all relevant KPIs to ensure that targets are achieved
- You monitor and continuously improve partner satisfaction and the customer experience
- You have a good sense for new market developments and point out possible market opportunities to the partner
About you:
- You have a successfully completed degree in economics, marketing or e-commerce and / or a comparable professional qualification
- You have experience in the marketplace or e-commerce sector
- You have strategic thinking skills and ideally experience in the health sector
- You have very good time management skills
- You enjoy working with data
- You are willing to take on responsibility and are enthusiastic about marketplaces
- You are a good communicator and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You have fluent Italian and English communication and negotiation skills
- Good German language skills complement your profile
